Esteban Orozco

Esteban Orozco has been a holistic nutrition coach for the last ten years, primarily on Ohlone territory. He’s the son of a Mexican midwife and a medicine man. Esteban grew up experiencing a mix of love and some trauma. In his late 20s he became more intentional as a holistic healer. He has worked professionally as a bodyworker, permaculture educator, trauma healing facilitator and on a peer support hotline. His spirituality is a blend of indigenous and Buddhist practice. Esteban has also trained with curandera Veronica Igelsis. He's been a long time member of three men of color groups based in the Bay Area, including the Peaceful Warriors. In 2020, Esteban was trained in trauma healing by Healing Cycles of Harm. In 2021, Esteban was trained in trauma-informed communication by the Trauma Healing Project, in Eugene OR.  All of these various trainings and experiences has helped him to make his offerings. Esteban currently resides in Portland, OR and offers workshops through the Freedom Community Clinic (FCC) and is working on a masters in Project Management.
