Zeenath "Zee" Khan is the HR Sr. Director of eBay International based in Bern, Switzerland - a transition she made after more than a decade of working as an accountant and finance professional in Europe and Silicon Valley. For four years, she built and managed eBay's Finance Leadership Development Program, weaving together leadership philosophy with coaching and mindfulness to create a best-in-class talent development program for high potential managers, as well as university student interns.
Zee is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, and is currently studying her MSc in Organizational Psychology.
Zee is a true global citizen, having grown up in the UK and Pakistan to a British mother and a Pakistani father, living in the UK, Switzerland, and the Bay Area, and traveling all over the world.
Zee joined the board in 2018, after completing the Level 1 Trauma Healing workshop in 2016 and supporting Healing Together's work for many years. She is passionate about personal and leadership development as a means to holistic transformation, and is excited to progress her own learning about trauma recovery and global development so she can learn from and serve Healing Together's community partners around the world.
